After 23 years in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, I know how important it is to have a space that feels welcoming, peaceful, and comfortable for both practitioners and clients. At Tres Belle Spa, we’ve always believed that kindness, a warm atmosphere, and thoughtful care make a difference.

I'm happy to offer a furnished treatment room for rent two to three days per week for a licensed and insured wellness practitioner looking for a beautiful, professional space to see clients in Brooklyn.

Whether you're hoping to establish a Brooklyn location for your existing practice, expand your clientele, or simply have a dedicated space to work a few days a week, this could be a wonderful fit.

A Peaceful Space in a Convenient Location

Our spa is located in Boerum Hill, just a five-minute walk from the Atlantic Avenue–Barclays Center subway hub. The space is bright, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a calm, minimalist feel.

The treatment room is small but comfortable, making it ideal for individual treatments. It includes a heated treatment bed, a rolling stool with back support for practitioner and a corner sink. Sheets and towels are provided, and laundry service is included. You'll also have access to Wi-Fi, the waiting area, and the bathroom.

A receptionist is on site seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. These are approximate times. She will be happy to let your guest in and offer them a seat.

Our waiting area is cozy and calm for our clients and yours.

Please note that the room cannot accommodate large equipment or bulky furnishings.

After building a loyal clientele over more than two decades, I appreciate the value of a professional environment where people feel at ease. I'm looking for a quiet, considerate practitioner in a complementary wellness field who shares that appreciation for a clean, peaceful, welcoming space. Acupuncturist ideal.

Tres Belle Spa is a place of quiet, and we invite our rental practitioners to to help us keep it that way. When a younger child visits, they are accompanied by a parent or guardian who keeps them calm and close. Groups of children disturb the hush our clients come for so we kindly ask they not come to the spa. Phones must be silenced and only used with very soft conversation or emergency. We are of course in NYC, and the hum of the city can find its way in. We are all human and sometimes the energy grows livelier than we’d like, we return to quiet.

Rental Details

The room is available three days per week for $1,500 per month. A two-day-per-week arrangement can also be discussed.

We would begin with an initial three-month period to make sure the arrangement works well for everyone, with the hope of continuing longer term.
